First Mortgage Supplemental Indenture definition

First Mortgage Supplemental Indenture means the Supplemental Indenture of even date herewith to the First Mortgage Indenture pursuant to which the First Mortgage Bonds are issued.
First Mortgage Supplemental Indenture means the Forty-fourth Supplemental Indenture dated as of December 1, 2008, with respect to the First Mortgage.
First Mortgage Supplemental Indenture has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
