First Performance Period definition

First Performance Period means the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012.
First Performance Period means the three-consecutive Fiscal Year period beginning on the first day of Fiscal Year 2007 and ending on the last day of Fiscal Year 2009.
First Performance Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • If, with respect to the First Performance Period, Delta One, expressed as a percentage of the EBITDA Target for Fiscal Year 2007, equals or exceeds 33%, the Executive shall be paid a Bonus in Fiscal Year 2010 equal to one and one half (1.5) times his Base Salary for Fiscal Year 2007.

  • Each KEIP Participant's target incentive award opportunity is divided equally between two performance periods: (a) the first performance period begins on January 1, 2016 and ends on March 31, 2016 (the "FirstPerformance Period") and (b) the second performance period begins on April 1, 2016 and ends on June 30, 2016 (the "Second Performance Period" and, together with the First Performance Period, the "Performance Periods").
