Split Specimen means a part of the oral fluid specimen in drug testing that is retained unopened for a confirmation test (if required) or in the event that the employee requests that it be tested following a verified positive test of the primary specimen or a verified Adulterated or Substituted Specimen test result.
Substituted Specimen means a specimen with laboratory values that are so diminished that they are not consistent with oral fluid and which shall be deemed a violation of this policy, and shall be processed as if the test results were positive.
IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.
Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;
Specimen means tissue, hair, or a product of the human body capable of revealing the presence of drugs or their metabolites, as approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration or the Agency for Health Care Administration.
Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.
Class specification means a formal written statement of the class which defines the general character and scope of the duties and responsibilities of positions in the class, lists typical or illustrative examples of work of positions in the class, enumerates the knowledges, skills, and abilities required for successful performance of the work and states required minimum experience and training for positions in the class.
Adulterated Specimen means a specimen that contains a substance that is not expected to be present in oral fluid, or contains a substance expected to be present but is at a concentration so high that it is not consistent with oral fluid.
TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.
Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;
District specification means the specifications followed by the State Govt. in the area where the work is to be executed.
Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.
The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.
TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.
Invasive plant species means species of plants not historically found in California that spread outside cultivated areas and can damage environmental or economic resources. Invasive species may be regulated by county agricultural agencies as noxious species. Lists of invasive plants are maintained at the California Invasive Plant Inventory and USDA invasive and noxious weeds database.
Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
Quantity Surveyor means a duly qualified quantity surveyor of at least five (5) year’s experience in the assessment of building material and construction costs. Quantity Surveyor Assessment means an assessment by an independent Quantity Surveyor of the Construction Cost to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council. Regulation means the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation, 2000 (as amended).
Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;
