FirstRand Group means the Ultimate Parent Company, the Controlling Company, the Issuer, any wholly-owned consolidated Subsidiary of the Controlling Company or the Issuer and any wholly-owned consolidated Subsidiary of the Ultimate Parent Company which is regulated as a banking operation;

  • Your personal information (which, for the purposes of this clause, includes special personal information) will be held by entities within the FirstRand Group.

  • I/We instruct FirstRand Bank Limited to release my/our information (including my/our contact details, demographic information and transaction history on all solutions held) to the insurance and investment areas within the FirstRand Group to conduct ongoing assessments to determine my/our eligibility for and the appropriateness of offers for any insurance or investment solutions.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;
