Fiscal Date definition

Fiscal Date means the last day of each fiscal quarterly period of the Company.
Fiscal Date means the Saturday closest to February 1, May 1, August 1 or November 1, as the case may be, in any calendar year.
Fiscal Date means the Saturday falling on, or immediately preceding, December 31, March 31, June 30 and September 30 of each year, respectively.

Fiscal Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
Fiscal Date means the Saturday closest to February 1, May 1, August 1 or November 1, as the case may be, in any calendar year. "GAAP" means generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America as in effect from time to time. "Governmental Authority" means any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government. "Guarantee" means any obligation, contingent or otherwise, of any Person directly or indirectly guaranteeing any Indebtedness or other obligation of any other Person and any obligation, direct or indirect, contingent or otherwise, of such Person (i) to purchase or pay (or advance or supply funds for the purchase or payment of) such Indebtedness or other obligation of such other Person (whether arising by virtue of partnership arrangements, or by agreement to keep-well, to purchase assets, goods, securities or services, to take-or-pay, or to maintain financial statement conditions or otherwise) or (ii) entered into for purposes of assuring in any other manner the obligee of such Indebtedness or other obligation of the payment thereof or to protect such obligee against loss in respect thereof (in whole or in part); provided, however, that the term "Guarantee" shall not include endorsements for collection or deposit in the ordinary course of business. The term "Guarantee" used as a verb has a corresponding meaning. "Hazardous Materials" means any hazardous materials, hazardous wastes, hazardous pesticides, hazardous or toxic substances, defined, listed, classified or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law, including asbestos, petroleum, any other petroleum products (including gasoline, crude oil or any fraction thereof) polychlorinated biphenyls and urea-formaldehyde insulation. Fiscal Date means the last day of each fiscal year of the Guarantor and the last day of each of the first three fiscal quarters of the Guarantor.

  • Fiscal Period means any interim accounting period within a Taxable Year established by the Manager and which is permitted or required by Section 706 of the Code.
