Fitch Net OC definition

Fitch Net OC has the meaning given to such term in the Fitch Criteria to be consistent with a AAA rating of the APS by Fitch Ratings, and shall be calculated with respect to the Trust in accordance with the applicable formula and related guidance provided in the Fitch Criteria and by Fitch Ratings (including with respect to discount factors, if any, or other treatment to be applied with respect to securities or other assets held by the Trust which are not specifically referenced in the Fitch Criteria), and the good faith determinations of the Trust or its agents of the Fitch Net OC and related interpretations of the Fitch Criteria shall be conclusive and binding on all parties.

  • Fitch Ratings means Fitch Ratings Limited, an English corporation, and any successor thereto;

  • Fitch Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Fitch and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third-party credit enhancement (it being understood that if the Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from Fitch for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “Fitch Rating”).

  • Dispatch Rate means the control signal, expressed in dollars per megawatt-hour, calculated and transmitted continuously and dynamically to direct the output level of all generation resources dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the Offer Data.

  • Digital Signal Level 3 or "DS3" means the 44.736 Mbps third-level in the time-division multiplex hierarchy. In the time-division multiplexing hierarchy of the telephone network, DS3 is defined as the third level of multiplexing.

  • Fitch Criteria means the Collateral Amount shall equal the sum of (i) the product of A multiplied by the xxxx-to-market value of the outstanding Transactions determined by Party A in good faith from time to time, and (ii) the product of B multiplied by the current aggregate notional amount of the outstanding Transactions, where:

  • Digital Signal Level 1 or "DS1" means the 1.544 Mbps first-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy. In the time-division multiplexing hierarchy of the telephone network, DS1 is the initial level of multiplexing.

  • Fitch means Fitch Ratings, Inc.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Digital Signal Level means one of several transmission rates in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Standard & Poor's Glossary The Standard & Poor's LEVELS(R) Glossary, as may be in effect from time to time.

  • Electric Reliability Organization or “ERO” means the organization that is certified by the Commission under Section 39.3 of its regulations, the purpose of which is to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power System in the United States, subject to Commission review. The organization may also have received recognition by Applicable Governmental Authorities in Canada and Mexico to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power Systems of the respective countries.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Renewable Energy Standard means the minimum renewable energy capacity portfolio, if applicable, and the renewable energy credit portfolio required to be achieved under section 28 or former section 27.
