Fixed Exercise Price definition

Fixed Exercise Price means $4.02, and shall be subject to adjustment as provided herein.

Fixed Exercise Price means $1.3938 (average of the Closing Bid Prices for the Common Stock during the five (5) consecutive trading day period ending on the trading day immediately preceding the date of issuance of this Warrant (the "Issuance Date")), and shall be subject to adjustment as provided herein.
