Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate Loan definition

Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate of interest based on the Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate.
Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate Loan means any Revolving Credit Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition ofFixed Period Eurodollar Rate”.
Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate of interest based on the Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate. “Floor” has the meaning given such term in Section 3.03(b).

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
