Fixed Storage Charge definition

Fixed Storage Charge means the Capacity-linked charge payable by the Authority to the Concessionaire under the Agreement as per mechanism specified in Clause 15.1;
Fixed Storage Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 25.1.4 and more specifically in Schedule E

  • In the event that the Reliability in a quarter exceeds 1 (one) Forced Closure in the Silo Complex, the Concessionaire shall pay to the Authority Damages equal to 2.5% (two point five per cent) of the Fixed Storage Charge payable for the storage Capacity of the Silo Complex in accordance with the provisions of Clause 15.1 and 15.2 for each such Forced Closure in excess of 1 (one).

  • The illustration for calculation of Fixed storage charge is provided in Schedule E For the avoidance of doubt and by way of illustration, the Fixed Storage Charge for the Accounting Year commencing from April 1, 2019 shall be calculated by taking into account the total variation in the price index from the based index year duly factoring the annual escalation over the years as per price Index and the same shall be as per following table for that Accounting Year.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that the base Fixed Storage Charge mentioned in Clause 25.1.4 has been fixed with reference to Accounting Year in which COD occurs.

  • The Financial Quote shall be the Fixed Storage Charge, in Rupees per ton per year, required by the Bidder for implementing the Project and payable by the Authority as per the terms and conditions of this RFP and provisions of the Concession Agreement.

  • The Bidder shall specify in Indian Rupees the Fixed Storage Charge for the Base Year to undertake the Project in accordance with this RFP and the provisions of the Concession Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt and by way of illustration, the Parties agree that if the pro rata Fixed Storage Charge for 1% (one per cent) of Normative Availability is Rs. x, the Damages payable for reduction of 1% (one per cent) in Actual Availability below the level of Normative Availability shall be Rs. 0.5x, which shall be in addition to the pro rata reduction of Rs. x in the Fixed Storage Charge payable for the relevant month.

  • The Project shall be awarded to the Bidder quoting the Lowest Fixed Storage Charge.

  • Shortfall in Availability below Normative Availability levels (as per Section 11.9.2) In the event that Actual Availability at any time is less than the Normative Availability, the Fixed Storage Charge payable for the relevant month shall be proportionately reduced and in addition, such reduction shall be multiplied by a factor of 0.5 (zero point five) for determination of Damages.

  • In this RFP, the term “Lowest Bidder” shall mean the Bidder who has quoted the lowest Fixed Storage Charge.

Related to Fixed Storage Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • On-premise beer retailer means a beer retailer who is:

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Maximum contaminant level (MCL) means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Fixed Costs means costs which do not vary with consumption or volume produced;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.
