Fixed Term Placement definition

Fixed Term Placement means any Candidate Introduced to the Client who is employed or engaged directly by the Client on a fixed term contract.
Fixed Term Placement means any Candidate Introduced to the Client who is employed or engaged directly by the Client on a fixed term contract. “Final Communication” means the latest date on which Parties communicated in respect of a Candidate. “Introduced” means the communicating (through whatever medium) of a Candidate’s CV, a long or short list of Candidates and/or details of a Candidate by XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD to the Client or any other verbal or written communication between XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD and the Client that enables the Candidate to be identified and “Introduction” and “Introduce” shall be construed accordingly. “Parties” means collectively XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD and the Client and each individually shall be referred to as a “Party”. “Placement” means a position or role to which a Candidate may be or is appointed on a permanent or Fixed Term basis (including a Fixed Term Placement) with the Client. “Placement Fees” means the fees due to XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD in relation to a specific Placement calculated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. “XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD” means Xxxxxxx Business Services Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at
Fixed Term Placement means any candidate introduced to the client who is employed or engaged directly by the client on a fixed term contract.

Examples of Fixed Term Placement in a sentence

  • The fee for a Fixed Term Placement is as per the standard fee structure or as agreed between the parties set out in writting by Ablethorpe Recruitment.

  • Invoicing for the final amount in relation to completion of a Contingent Assignment, Fixed Term Placement or Buyout will take place as soon as the offer has been made and accepted by the successful Candidate.

  • It does not offer its replacement guarantee for the replacement Candidate, a Fixed Term Placement or for a Candidate that was originally placed with the Client on a temporary basis.

  • It does not offer its replacement guarantee for the replacement Applicant, a Fixed Term Placement or for an Applicant that was originally placed with the Client on a temporary basis.

  • The Client shall not be required to pay a Fixed Term Placement Fee which exceeds 12 months' Engagement in total.

  • The Fixed Term Placement Fee shall be equal to the Permanent Placement Fee but shall be calculated on the Nanny's Gross Remuneration applicable during the fixed term.

  • The Individual Service Agreement relating to a Fixed Term Placement will terminate automatically on the expiry date without the need for any notice to be issued.


More Definitions of Fixed Term Placement

Fixed Term Placement means a direct contract or engagement between any Candidate Introduced to the Client by RW and the Client, which is concluded for a fixed term and ends without notice.

Related to Fixed Term Placement

  • Initial Term Loans means the term loans made by the Initial Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a)(i).

  • Initial Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a).

  • Initial Term Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitments and the Initial Term Loans made hereunder.

  • Replacement Term Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.1.

  • Extended Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Initial Term Loan Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Initial Term Loans.

  • Adjusted Term SOFR means, for purposes of any calculation, the rate per annum equal to (a) Term SOFR for such calculation plus (b) the Term SOFR Adjustment; provided that if Adjusted Term SOFR as so determined shall ever be less than the Floor, then Adjusted Term SOFR shall be deemed to be the Floor.
