List of Candidates means the list of nominees for Member Representative Director positions as nominated by the Member Nominating Committee and amended by petitions filed by Exchange Members. The List of Candidates is submitted to Exchange Members for the final selection of nominees to be elected by the LLC Member to serve as Member Representative Directors.
