Fixing Level definition

Fixing Level means (i) in respect of a Commodity Index, the Fixing Level specified in the applicable Product Terms and Conditions or, if not so specified, the official closing price or level of such Com- modity Index and (ii) in respect of a Commodity for purposes of determining a relevant level of the Underlying the following unless otherwise defined in the Product Terms and Conditions:

Fixing Level means, in relation to a Fixing Datet and subject to the Conditions, the official closing level of the Index on such date ascalculated and published by the relevant Index Sponsor.

Examples of Fixing Level in a sentence

  • If a Barrier Event has occurred but all Underlyings close above their Initial Fixing Level at the Final Fixing Date, the Investor will still receive on the Redemption Date a Cash Settlement which equals the Denomination.

  • Any potential fractional Conversion Ratio entitlements (Fraction of Underlyings) will be paid in cash, based on the Final Fixing Level.

  • For each Underlying the performance is calculated by dividing its Final Fixing Level by the respective Initial Fixing Level.

  • If the Final Fixing Level of the Underlying with the Worst Performance is at or below the respective Strike Level, the Investor will receive a round number (i.e. Conversion Ratio) of the Underlying with the Worst Performance per Product.

  • If a Barrier Event has occurred but all Underlyings close above their Initial Fixing Level at the Final Fixing Date the Investor will still receive on the Redemption Date a Cash Settlement which equals the Denomination.

  • In respect of Products for which 'Predetermined Strike Level' is specified to be 'Applicable' in the Issue Terms, notwithstanding that the strike level is specified as a percentage of the Initial Fixing Level in the Issue Terms, the strike level was determined on a date prior to the date on which the Initial Fixing Level is determined.

Fixing Level means the level of each Currency i within the Basket of Currencies at 4.00pm London time.

  • Margin Level means the percentage Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as (Equity / Necessary Margin) * 100%.

  • Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.
