Flaring Device definition

Flaring Device means an AG and/or a HC Flaring Device.

  • For continuous or intermittent, routinely generated refinery gases that are combusted in any Flaring Device, Western shall comply with the emission limit at 40 C.F.R. § 60.104(a)(1) by no later than the compliance date in Paragraph 44.

  • For each Flaring Device which became an affected facility under NSPS Subpart Ja pursuant to this Consent Decree, entry of the First Modification shall satisfy the notice requirements of 40 C.F.R. § 60.7(a), and compliance with the relevant monitoring requirements of this Consent Decree shall satisfy the notification of initial performance test requirement of 40C.F.R. § 60.8(a).

More Definitions of Flaring Device

Flaring Device means an Acid Gas Flaring Device and/or Hydrocarbon Flaring Device.
Flaring Device means either an AG and/or an HC Flaring Device. The Flaring Devices that COPC owns and operates at the Covered Refineries are identified in Appendix A.

  • Monitoring device means the total equipment used to measure and record (if applicable) process parameters.

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.
