Covered Refineries definition

Covered Refineries means the following petroleum refineries:

Examples of Covered Refineries in a sentence

  • By no later than December 31, 2017, MPC will maintain one 95 kscfh liquid ring Compressor and one 120 kscfh liquid ring Compressor at a location where these Compressors can be delivered to the Five Covered Refineries within 24 hours of notification of need.

  • For the Five Covered Refineries, in each semi-annual report due after the dates in Column J of Appendix 2.1, MPC shall provide sufficient information to document compliance with the FGRS operational requirements set forth in Paragraph 38D.

  • ExxonMobil shall comply with the requirements of this Paragraph 102 at all locations at the Covered Refineries where a carbon canister(s) is utilized as a control device under the Benzene Waste NESHAP.

  • Effective on the Entry Date, ExxonMobil shall not burn Fuel Oil in any combustion unit at any of the Covered Refineries except during periods of Natural Gas Curtailment.

  • ExxonMobil owns and/or operates the FCCUs identified below at the Covered Refineries.

  • For the Five Covered Refineries, in each‌ semi-annual report due after the dates in Column J of Appendix 2.1, MPC shall provide sufficient information to document compliance with the FGRS operational requirements set forth in Paragraph 38D.

More Definitions of Covered Refineries

Covered Refineries means the refineries that are subject to the requirements of this Consent Decree: the Artesia Refinery, the Great Falls Refinery, and the Lovington Refinery.
Covered Refineries means Ergon-West Virginia, Inc.’s Newell, West Virginia refinery and Ergon Refining, Inc.’s Vicksburg, Mississippi refinery that are subject to the requirements of this Consent Decree.
Covered Refineries means the refineries owned and operated by Hunt located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Lumberton and Sandersville, Mississippi.

  • Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.

  • Alcohol concentration means the number of grams of alcohol per:

  • iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Baseline concentration means that ambient concentration level that exists in the baseline area at the time of the applicable minor source baseline date. A baseline concentration is deter- mined for each pollutant for which a minor source baseline date is estab- lished and shall include:

  • Medical marijuana concentrate means a specific subset of Medical Marijuana that was produced by extracting cannabinoids from Medical Marijuana. Categories of Medical Marijuana Concentrate include Water-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Food-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate and Solvent-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate.

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.

  • Background concentration means such concentration of that substance as is present in:

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Refiner means any person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a refinery.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;
