Examples of Flash Alliance in a sentence

  • SanDisk will have full access to any management or operation reports related to Flash Alliance or Flash Alliance’s business through the Y4 Operating Committee (as defined in the FA Operating Agreement).

  • Each Party shall cause all covenants, conditions and agreements to be performed, observed or satisfied by each of its Affiliates that is a party to any Master Operative Documents to be fully and faithfully observed, performed and satisfied by such Affiliate, and shall not cause or permit to exist (i) an Event of Default with respect to such Affiliate or (ii) except as otherwise permitted by the FA Operating Agreement, any event of dissolution of Flash Alliance caused by such Affiliate.
