Fleet Overconcentration definition

Fleet Overconcentration means, for a Determination Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Receivables that are Fleet Receivables on the last day of the related Collection Period, over (b) 4% of the Pool Balance on the last day of that Collection Period (or a higher percentage if the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied).
Fleet Overconcentration means, for any Determination Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount of the Issuer's Principal Receivables that are Fleet Receivables as of the last day of the related Collection Period, over (b) __% of the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period (or, a higher percentage so long as the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied).

Related to Fleet Overconcentration

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, at any time in respect of which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, the portion (calculated by the Borrower or the Servicer without duplication in accordance with Section 1.04) of the Receivable Balance of each Collateral Receivable that causes such Concentration Limitations to be exceeded.

  • Concentration Limitations Limitations satisfied on each Measurement Date on or after the Effective Date and during the Reinvestment Period if, in the aggregate, the Collateral Obligations owned (or in relation to a proposed purchase of a Collateral Obligation, owned and proposed to be owned) by the Issuer comply with all of the requirements set forth below (or in relation to a proposed purchase after the Effective Date, if any such requirement is not satisfied, the level of compliance with such requirement is maintained or improved after giving effect to the purchase), calculated in each case as required by Section 1.3 herein:

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.
