FleetCo Account definition

FleetCo Account means any Dutch Accounts, any French Accounts, any German Accounts, any Spanish Accounts and any Italian Accounts, as applicable.
FleetCo Account means any Belgian Accounts, any Dutch Accounts, any French Accounts, any German Accounts, any Spanish Accounts and any Italian Accounts, as applicable.

  • Confirmation of the details of each bank account, including details of the identity of each account holder, each account name, account number and the name and address of the Dutch FleetCo Dutch Account Bank and the French FleetCo Account Bank where each account is held.

  • On the Price Differential Payment Date, Seller shall pay to Buyer the Price Differential for such Price Differential Payment Date (along with any other amounts to be paid pursuant to Sections 7, 34 and 35 hereof), by wire transfer in immediately available funds.

Related to FleetCo Account

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the General Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Dominion Account a special account established by Borrowers at Bank of America or another bank acceptable to Agent, over which Agent has exclusive control for withdrawal purposes.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new credit account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or Servicer or the applicable Transferor under circumstances resulting from a lost or stolen credit card and not requiring standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Card Guidelines.

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Special Payments Account means the Eligible Deposit Account created pursuant to Section 2.2 as a sub-account to the Collection Account.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Earnings Accounts means the bank accounts of each of the Obligors from time to time each of which shall be held with the Agent or any of the Agent’s corresponding banks and to which all the Earnings and any proceeds of the Insurances shall be paid.

  • Finance Charge Account is defined in Section 4.9(a).

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Unallocated Account means the portion of the Trust to which Employer Contributions are made during the Plan Year, in which shares of Company Stock will be held prior to allocation to Participant Accounts, to which dividends paid on such shares of Company Stock will be paid, and from which will be paid expenses of the Plan and Under-Payment Expenses as defined in Section 3.5.

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Retention Account means, an interest bearing USD account in the name of the Borrowers opened or (as the context may require) to be opened by the Borrowers with the Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Bank to be the Retention Account for the purposes of this Agreement;
