Florida Articles of Merger definition

Florida Articles of Merger shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(c) below.
Florida Articles of Merger means the Articles of Merger to be executed by Republic and UPBNA Merger Sub and filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Florida relating to the Merger as contemplated by Section 2.1 of this Plan of Merger.
