Focus Facility definition

Focus Facility means the cultivation facility in Moshav Sde Avraham, Israel, operated by Focus pursuant to the Focus Lease Agreement;

Focus Facility means the propagation and cultivation facility in Moshav Sde Avraham, Israel, operated by Focus pursuant to the Focus Lease Agreement; "Focus Lease Agreement" means the long-term land lease agreements between Focus and the landowners on which the Focus Facility is built and operated; "Focus License" has the meaning set out in "Description of the Business - Production, Distribution and Sales in Principal Markets - Israe"l ;

Examples of Focus Facility in a sentence

• Focus will bear many, if not all, of the costs of maintenance and upkeep of the Focus Facility, including replacement of components over time.

• The Focus Facility is subject to state and municipal regulation and oversight, including the acquisition of all required regulatory and ancillary permits to conduct operations or undertake any construction.

• The Focus Facility continues to operate with routine maintenance.

• Action plans should be relevant to the current/active concerns and include, but not be limited to, relevant financial/budgetary reviews (full and detailed), survey history review (including a quality of care analysis), Special Focus Facility details, operational review, physical plant issues, and any other areas of concern.

• Adverse changes or developments affecting the Focus Facility, including but not limited to the failure to maintain all requisite regulatory and ancillary permits and licenses, the failure to comply with state or municipal regulations, or a breach of security, could have a material adverse effect on the Group’s business, financial condition, results of operations and prospects.

• The Special Focus Facility Program and the Five-Star Rating System are two separate systems.

• Focus' operations and the Group's financial performance may be adversely affected if Focus is unable to keep up with maintenance requirements.In December 2020, the municipal committee presiding over planning and construction in southern Israel (the "Construction Committee") advised Focus that it was the subject of certain allegations regarding inadequate permitting for construction relating to the Focus Facility (the "Construction Allegations").

• A nursing home receiving beds under the provisions of this subsection must not be a Special Focus Facility at the time of allocation.

• The Special Focus Facility Program is concerned only with those nursing homes that have had a record of persistently poor survey performance that continually yo-yo in and out of compliance.
