Focused Action definition

Focused Action means an Action against any alleged infringement of the Focused Patent Rights identified pursuant to Section 7.2, whether inside or outside the Licensed Field of Use; provided however that any Action that involves both the Core Patent Rights and the Focused Patent Rights shall be deemed a Core Action.
