Food Waste Container definition

Food Waste Container means a Container for the collection of Commercial Food Waste only and colored as defined in the SB 1383 Regulations.
Food Waste Container means the container described in Schedule ‘C’ of this bylaw and provided to owners from time to time of Residential Premises specifically for the collection and disposal of Residential Food Waste, and when set at the Curbside for collection not weighing more than fifty (50) pounds (23 kilograms) gross weight.
Food Waste Container means a Container for Food Waste as set out in Schedule “A”.

Food Waste Container means a City-owned receptacle used for the storage and collection of Food Waste or Food Waste Bags, and contain a maximum weight of ten (10) kilograms (twenty-two (22) lbs).

  • Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.
