Force System definition

Force System means any computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by or on behalf of the Force, or any of its employees, agents, consultants and contractors, or the Contractor in connection with the Contract and which is owned by, or licensed by a third party to, the Force, or any of its employees, agents, consultants and contractors, and which is used by, or on behalf of, the Force to receive the Services;
Force System means any computing environment (consisting of hardware, softwareand/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Force or the Contractor in connection with the Contract and which is owned by, or licensed by a third party to the Force, and which is used bythe Force to receive theServices.
