Foreign Agent definition

Foreign Agent means an Agent that is not a U.S. Person.
Foreign Agent means an individual who engages in lobbying under contract with a foreign government.
Foreign Agent means the same as that term is defined in Section 36-11-102.

More Definitions of Foreign Agent

Foreign Agent means a body corporate incorporated outside Sri Lanka or an individual permanently resident outside Sri Lanka appointed as an agent of a Stockbroker Firm which/who introduces new clients resident outside Sri Lanka to such Stockbroker Firm
