Security Agent definition

Security Agent means the Bond Trustee or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agent Agreement or any other Finance Document.

Security Agent means the security agent, appointed by the Secured Parties pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, holding the Transaction Security on behalf of the Secured Parties, being Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) on the First Issue Date.

Security Agent means the security agent holding the Transaction Security on behalf of the Secured Parties, being the Agent on the First Issue Date.

Examples of Security Agent in a sentence

• Subject to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement, the Security Agent may release Guarantees and Transaction Security in accordance with the terms of the Transaction Security Documents, the Guarantee Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement (as applicable).

• The Security Agent is a joint creditor (together with the other Secured Creditors) of the Corresponding Debt and, accordingly, the Security Agent shall have its own independent right to demand performance by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries thereunder.
