Security Agent definition

Security Agent means the security agent, appointed by the Secured Parties pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, holding the Transaction Security on behalf of the Secured Parties, being Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) on the First Issue Date.

  • Subject to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement, the Security Agent may release Guarantees and Transaction Security in accordance with the terms of the Transaction Security Documents, the Guarantee Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement (as applicable).
