Foreign Credit Extensions definition

Foreign Credit Extensions means credit extended by any Lender (or any of its affiliates) to one or more of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, including Letters of Credit issued for the accounts of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries (other than Letters of Credit issued under this Agreement), working capital and other loans made by any Lender (or any of its Affiliates) to Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, guarantees by JPMorgan or any Lender (or any of its Affiliates) of indebtedness of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, international trade instruments issued or guaranteed by any Lender (or any of its affiliates) for the accounts of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, or other similar extensions of credit by any Lender (or any of its Affiliates) to Holdings’ foreign subsidiaries.
Foreign Credit Extensions means credit extended by any Lender (or any of its affiliates) to one or more of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, including Letters of Credit issued for the accounts of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries (other than Letters of Credit issued under this Agreement), working capital and other loans made by any Lender (or any of its Affiliates) to Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, guarantees by Barclays or any Lender (or any of its Affiliates) of indebtedness of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, international trade instruments issued or guaranteed by any Lender (or any of its affiliates) for the accounts of Holdings’ Foreign Subsidiaries, or other similar extensions of credit by any Lender (or any of its Affiliates) to Holdings’ foreign subsidiaries.

Examples of Foreign Credit Extensions in a sentence

  • In furtherance of that requirement, each such Lender or Affiliate thereof shall furnish the Administrative Agent, from time to time after a significant change therein or upon a request therefor, a summary of the amounts due or to become due in respect of such Banking Services Obligations, Swap Agreement Obligations and Foreign Credit Extensions.

  • The most recent information provided to the Administrative Agent shall be used in determining which tier of the waterfall, contained in Section 2.18(b), such Banking Services Obligations, Swap Agreement Obligations and/or Foreign Credit Extensions will be placed.

Related to Foreign Credit Extensions

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Credit Extension means each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.

  • Additional Credit Extension Amendment means an amendment to this Agreement providing for any Incremental Commitments which shall be consistent with the applicable provisions of this Agreement relating to such Incremental Commitments and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.

  • Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Committed Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.
