Foreign Demand for Disclosure means a foreign demand for disclosure as defined in FIPPA s. 30.2;

Related to Foreign Demand for Disclosure

  • Request for Information (RFI means a written request by Contractor directed to A/E or ODR for a clarification of the information provided in the Contract Documents or for direction concerning information necessary to perform the Work that may be omitted from the Contract Documents.

  • Required disclosure means disclosure by the director who has a conflicting interest of:

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Certificate of Termination Demand means a certificate substantially in the form of Annex C to any Multi-Series Letter of Credit.

  • Request for Information shall have the meaning set out in FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations as relevant (where the meaning set out for the term “request” shall apply).

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the District and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Additional Disclosure As defined in Section 3.18(a)(v).

  • Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.

  • Protected Disclosure means any communication made in good faith that discloses or demonstrates information that may evidence unethical or improper activity.

  • Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.

  • CFIUS Notice means a joint voluntary notice with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement prepared by the parties and submitted to CFIUS in accordance with the requirements of the DPA.

  • Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Registration Information means information about an individual that is collected for the purpose of registering the individual for the provision of health services, and includes the individual’s health services number and any other number assigned to the individual as part of a system of unique identifying numbers that is prescribed in the regulations.

  • Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;

  • Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our financial products;

  • Rule 15Ga-1 Notice As defined in Section 2.03(g).

  • Requests for Information means a request for information or an apparent request under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations;

  • General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;

  • Form 8-K Disclosure Information As defined in Section 11.07.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.
