These exceptions may include but are not limited to state-directed initiatives requiring mass revisions to authorizations; reviews pended due to a Request for Information (RFI); facility closures with associated mass transfers; the State’s information system(s) is/are down; and HCA-approved special projects.
The Contractor is expected to issue a Request for Information (RFI) if the Contractor finds that additional pile repair work is necessary or if the Contractor believes that an alternative Pile Repair Type should be considered.
A copy of these procedures will be incorporated into every Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP) or Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by OSC or CRF.
