Foreign Expenditure definition

Foreign Expenditure means an expenditure in the Currency of any country other than the Member Country for goods, works or services supplied from the territory of any country other than the Member Country.
Foreign Expenditure means an expenditure in a Currency other than the Member’s Currency, for goods, works or services supplied from outside the territory of the Member.
