Without limiting any other provisions of the Plan, the Board may determine prior to or in an Invitation Letter if any Forfeiture Conditions apply in respect of Options and/or Plan Shares.
Unless the Board determines otherwise, in the event of any inconsistency between this document and any Invitation Letter, the terms of the Invitation Letter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
