Conflict of Interest Code definition

Conflict of Interest Code means the Conflict of Interest Code of the Alameda CTC, as adopted and regularly updated by the Commission pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 87300 et seq.
Conflict of Interest Code means those provisions in Section 222 which define conflicts of interest for licensees of the Board.

  • Conflict of Interest means that because of other activities or relationships with other persons, a person is unable or potentially unable to render impartial assistance or advice to the State, or the person's objectivity in performing the contract work is or might be otherwise impaired, or a person has an unfair competitive advantage.

  • Son or daughter on active duty or call to active duty status means the employee's biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, legal ward, or a child for whom the employee stood in loco parentis, who is on active duty or call to active duty status, and who is of any age.

  • Potential Issuer Event of Default means any condition, event or act which, with the lapse of time and/or the issue, making or giving of any notice, certification, declaration, demand, determination and/or request and/or the taking of any similar action and/or the fulfilment of any similar condition, would constitute an Issuer Event of Default;
