Form DTTP2 definition

Form DTTP2 means HM Revenue & Customs Form DTTP2 or such other prescribed form of notification as HM Revenue & Customs specifies from time to time shall be used pursuant to the HMRC DT Treaty Passport scheme.
Form DTTP2 means HM Revenue & Customs Form DXXX0, Xxxx XXXX0X or such other prescribed form of notification as HM Revenue & Customs specifies from time to time shall be used pursuant to the HMRC DT Treaty Passport scheme.

  • The U.K. Borrower will promptly notify any U.K. Treaty Lender to which this paragraph applies when the U.K. Borrower submits its Form DTTP2 or other information required to receive a Gross Payment Direction, of any communication that it receives from or has with H.M. Revenue and Customs in respect of any application for a Gross Payment Direction (including under the HMRC DT Treaty Passport scheme) and when it receives the relevant Gross Payment Direction.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this paragraph (e) is intended to invalidate, extinguish or otherwise terminate or truncate the validity of any direction received under the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (General) Regulations 1970, S.I. 1970/488 pursuant to the submission of a Form DTTP2 in respect of this Agreement and in respect of a particular UK Treaty Lender.

  • The Parent shall duly complete and file HM Revenue & Customs Form DTTP2 in respect of the Loans (together with any other procedural formalities necessary to qualify for exemption from UK Withholding Tax) as soon as reasonably practicable following the date of this Agreement (or in respect of any subsequent Lender who is a UK Treaty Lender as soon as reasonably practicable following such Lender’s satisfaction of Section 2.07(e)(ii)(x)) and shall promptly deliver a copy of such filing to the Lender.

  • Borrower DTTP Filing means an HM Revenue & Customs’ Form DTTP2 duly completed and filed by the relevant Borrower, which:

  • Registrar of Companies means the Registrar of Companies appointed under the Companies Act;

  • Registrar of Deeds means the Registrar of Deeds and Transfers under the Registration of Deeds Act 1856;

  • Notice of Assignment is defined in Section 12.3.2.

  • Notice of assessment means a written notice by the division, based on a citation, that the employer must pay the amount of wages, penalties, or fines assessed.

  • Tax Filing Authorised Person means such person as any Director shall designate from time to time, acting severally.

  • United States Tax Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Form 2106 means internal revenue service form 2106 filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Registrar Agreement means the Bond Registrar Agreement between the County and the Bond Registrar, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Council Clerk and signed by the County Executive and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 4.

  • Relevant Tax Authority means HMRC, or, if applicable, the tax authority in the jurisdiction in which the Supplier is established;

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • HMRC means Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs.

  • Relevant Supervisory Consent means, in relation to any redemption or purchase of the Notes, any required permission of the Relevant Regulator applicable to the Company or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, Relevant Supervisory Consent will not be required if either (i) none of the Debt Securities qualify as part of the Issuer’s regulatory capital, or own funds and eligible liabilities or loss absorbing capacity instruments, as the case may be, each pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations, (ii) the relevant Debt Securities are repurchased for market-making purposes in accordance with any permission given by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission or (iii) the relevant Debt Securities are being redeemed or repurchased pursuant to any general prior permission granted by the Relevant Regulator or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable) pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission.

  • authorised scheme means Work No. 1A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;

  • UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Collateral Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Collateral Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement and each Mortgage.

  • method statement means a written submission by the Contractor to the Project Manager in response to this EMPr or a request by the Project Manager and ECO. The method statement must set out the equipment, materials, labour and method(s) the Contractor proposes using to carry out an activity identified by the Project Manager when requesting the Method Statement. This must be done in such detail that the Project Manager and ECO is able to assess whether the Contractor's proposal is in accordance with this specification and/or will produce results in accordance with this specification;

  • Irish Resident means any person Resident in Ireland or Ordinarily Resident in Ireland for tax purposes;

  • Form W-8ECI means Form W-8ECI (Certificate of Foreign Person’s Claim for Exemption from Withholding of Tax on Income Effectively Connected with the Conduct of a Trade or Business in the United States) of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America, and any successor form.

  • CTA 2010 means the Corporation Tax Xxx 0000;

  • UK Treaty Lender means a Lender which:

  • year of assessment means the period of 12 months commencing on 1st January 1948, and each subsequent period of 12 months.

  • date of notification means the date on which a notice is served as contemplated in section 35 or published in the media or Provincial Gazette;

  • UK Treaty State means a jurisdiction having a double taxation agreement (a “UK Treaty”) with the United Kingdom which makes provision for full exemption from tax imposed by the United Kingdom on interest.

  • consular officer means any person, including the head of a consular post, entrusted in that capacity with the exercise of consular functions;

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by us from time to time to confirm your tax status [or the tax status of a Connected Person].

  • Tax Commissioner means the tax commissioner appointed under section 121.03 of the Revised Code.
