Form of Potential Contract definition

Form of Potential Contract means the Form of Potential Contract attached to this RFT as Appendix “F”.
Form of Potential Contract means in the event that the Council confirms the existence of the highest scoring compliant Respondent, the parties shall execute the Form of Potential Contract attached to this RFT as Appendix “I”. Should the parties fail to reach such an agreement within thirty (30) days, this arrangement shall terminate without any financial obligations on either party, and the Township of Adelaide Metcalfe may proceed to negotiate with the next highest Bidder or terminate this RFT opportunity.

Related to Form of Potential Contract

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Form of Contract means the document comprising Section 1 of the Contract signed by or on behalf of the Parties confirming their willingness to enter into and be bound by the terms of the Contract.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Country Limitation Schedule means the schedule published from time to time by Ex-Im Bank setting forth on a country by country basis whether and under what conditions Ex-Im Bank will provide coverage for the financing of export transactions to countries listed therein.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
