Former Executive Officer definition

Former Executive Officer means any individual previously (but not currently) designated as an “officer” by the Board for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Former Executive Officer means any individual previously (but not currently) designated as an “executive officerby the Board under Rule 3b-7 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Former Executive Officer means any individual previously (but not currently) designated asa corporate officer of the Company who was in an organizational job level of E-4 or E-5 (or any equivalent level under any future organizational framework).

  • Senior executive officer means the Company’s “senior executive officers” as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of EESA.

  • Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.

  • Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
