Former Residents definition

Former Residents means together, the Former SSJ Residents and the Former Non-SSJ Residents. For the avoidance of doubt, the right of a Former Resident to any Distributions under the Plan shall include the heirs and successors to such Former Resident to the extent applicable.
Former Residents means a Resident (a) whose occupancy at the Facility has terminated as of the Effective Date; (b) who has provided a termination notice prior to the Effective Date; (c) who is not living at the Facility as of the Effective Date; (d) whose Residence Agreement has otherwise terminated prior to the Effective Date; (e) for which a Residence Agreement refund obligation is otherwise triggered prior to the Effective Date; and/or (f) whose Residence Agreement is the subject of a motion to reject Filed on or before the Confirmation Date.
Former Residents means all persons who have resided at Oak Point at any point between September 25, 2012, and the Effective Date of this Settlement, but no longer reside at Oak Point as of the Effective Date of this Settlement.

Former Residents means Settlement Class Members who resided in CHA public housing at any point since July 13, 2016, and who are not Current Residents.
