Foster family definition
Foster family means all persons living in a foster family home, other than a foster child;

Foster family means a person or persons, licensed or certified by the department of children and families or approved by a licensed child placing agency, for the care of a child or children in a private home, herein after referred to as a foster family, foster home or foster parents.
Foster family means all of the individuals living in a family foster home other than the child in foster care. An individual who is living in the family foster home for more than two weeks is considered a foster family member.
