Foundation Directors definition

Foundation Directors means the Directors who may be appointed pursuant to Article 50B;

Foundation Directors means those Directors appointed under Article 50AA;

Foundation Directors means the Directors who may be appointed pursuant to Article 50A;

• The Foundation shall develop a policy relating to confidentiality which shall define what constitutes confidential information, the treatment to be given to such information and the circumstances under which such information may be disclosed by the Foundation, Directors and officers, employees, agents and representatives of the Foundation, Eligible Recipients or other Persons.

More Definitions of Foundation Directors
