The Company shall provide notice to Founder Parties that the Lost Priority Capital Recovery Right under this Section 3.03(b) has been triggered, promptly upon execution of such applicable Subsequent Bulk Asset Contribution.
Any amounts designated as outstanding Reserved Deal Capital on any Reservation Date shall be treated as additional capital reserved for Founder Parties and shall not be included in the calculation for purposes of determining the Priority Amount for that Reservation Date.
