Foundry Member means a member of the Foundry, as stipulated on the Renewal Form and whose Licence Fee includes payment for membership of the Foundry.
crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;
☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
Industry member means a member of a national securities exchange or a member of a national securities association.
flight crew member means a licensed crew member charged with duties essential to the operation of an aircraft during a flight duty period;
Consortium Member means a company specified in Recital (B) as a member of the Consortium;}
Faculty member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.
Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
auxiliary member means a person (non-citizen) who has been admitted to auxiliary membership of the Teaching Service.
Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.
Participating member means a member who is required to make mandatory contributions by the applicable retirement act to his or her health reimbursement account.
New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.
Ordinary Member means a member of the Club other than a Life member, Honorary member, Temporary member or Provisional member of the Club.
Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2
University Member means any individual who is:
Lead Member shall, in the case of a joint venture, mean the member of such joint venture who shall have the authority to bind the contractor and each member of the Joint venture; and shall be deemed to be the Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement; the Lead Member shall itself undertake and perform at least 51% (fifty one per cent) of the total length of the Project Highway;
Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.
Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.
Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).
Founding Member means any individual who is either:
Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.
Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
Equity Member means (a) each entity with a direct interest in the Proposer (whether as a member, partner, joint venture member, or otherwise), (b) each entity proposed to have a direct interest in Developer (whether as a member, partner, joint venture member, or otherwise), and (c) each entity that will have an indirect interest in the Proposer or Developer through one or more intermediaries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Proposer is a publicly traded company, shareholders with less than a 10% interest in the Proposer shall not be considered Equity Members.
Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;
Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization
Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.
Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.
