Fourth Amendment Agreement definition

Fourth Amendment Agreement means that certain Fourth Amendment Agreement dated as of August 6, 2012, among Xxxxx 0, xxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Capital Corporation, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and the Tranche B 2019 Term Lenders, Tranche B 2016 Term Lenders and certain other Lenders party thereto, providing for, among other things, the amendment and restatement of the 2011 Credit Agreement.
Fourth Amendment Agreement means the agreement dated February 18, 2021, and entered into between, amongst others, the parties to this Agreement amending and restating this Agreement in connection with the introduction of the Framework.
Fourth Amendment Agreement means the Amendment Agreement dated as of April 22, 2014 among the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and Guarantors party thereto.
