Fractionation Services means the fractionation of Plasma into Fractionation Products;

  • If HQ does not agree to accept a price increase, or is unwilling or unable to make the required change to HQ Process then Supplier remains obligated to continue to provide Fractionation Services in accordance with this Agreement until the expiry of the Term.

  • If an alternative source of service is obtained by CBS the portion of the Agreement relating to Fractionation Services or particular Fractionation Products shall be terminated, subject to Section 5.4.   • The Parties recognize that any changes in the SOP that affect Fractionation Services could not be anticipated at the time the pricing of the Fractionation Services was agreed between the Parties, and that changing SOP could materially affect the cost and viability of the Fractionation Services.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Services are required by Supplier so that fractionation of Plasma may continue pursuant to the Fractionation Services Agreement.

  • If an alternative source of service is obtained by HQ the portion of the Agreement relating to Fractionation Services or particular Fractionation Products shall be terminated, subject to Section 7.4. If Supplier fails to respond to HQ within fifteen (15) days, then HQ shall have the right to cancel the Agreement with respect to the Services, subject to Section 7.4.

  • Procurement of Plasma Fractionation Services has been excluded from coverage of the Government Procurement Chapter (See Annex 15-E Services).

Related to Fractionation Services

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Standard fertility preservation services means procedure based upon current evidence-based standards of care established by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society for Clinical Oncology, or other national medical associations that follow current evidence-based standards of care.
