Examples of Fractionation Products in a sentence

  • The availability of Replacement Fractionation Products from Supplier for the purpose of this Section shall be determined at the sole discretion of Supplier acting reasonably.

  • This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage resulting from the improper storage, handling, loading, blocking and/or transportation of the Plasma, except as otherwise provided for herein, together with responsibility for the manufacture of all Plasma Intermediates and Fractionation Products required hereunder.

  • Supplier shall supply and deliver Replacement Fractionation Products on the date scheduled for the delivery of the Fractionation Products.

  • These Replacement Fractionation Products are to be supplied to CBS at the same cost as CBS would have been required to pay for Fractionation Products had Supplier not rendered the Plasma unusable.

  • Any Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products proposed by Supplier under Sections 3.6, 3.8, 3.9, 6.12, 7.3 and 7.4 must be licensed by Health Canada or if no Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products are licensed by Health Canada, approved by Health Canada under its SAP.

  • In such an event, CBS’ sole legal recourse (in law and equity) and Supplier’s sole liability shall be limited to Supplier’s replacement of such Fractionation Products that are not permitted to be released.

  • Any Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products proposed by Supplier under Sections 3.6, 3.8, 3.9, 8.12, 9.3 and 9.4 must be licensed by Health Canada or if no Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products are licensed by Health Canada, approved by Health Canada under its SAP.

  • The parties hereto agree that CBS will continue to submit a Fractionation Products Rolling Forecast to Supplier on a monthly basis until this Agreement is terminated unless Supplier and CBS agree in writing to phase out or amend the requirement for a monthly Fractionation Products Rolling Forecast as this Agreement approaches the end of the Term.

  • The [***] month portion of the Fractionation Products Rolling Forecast shall include specific ordering instructions for vial sizes as well as quantities of Fractionation Products.

  • Any delay in the delivery of Fractionation Products resulting from the failure of HQ or CBS to make the Plasma available to Supplier in accordance with the Plasma and Fractionation Products Rolling Forecast shall be the responsibility of HQ and CBS, and Supplier shall have no liability or responsibility therefrom.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Combination Product means a product (a) containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, or (b) with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components, but sold for an integrated price (e.g., with the purchase of one product the customer gets a coupon for the other) or for a single price.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Royalty-Bearing Product means (a) any Product that is not a Co-Developed Product and (b) any Co-Developed Product to the extent sold outside of the Co-Development Territory.

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;
