Public Service Commission. Beyond the departmental level, there is expertise available from the Labour Relations Section of the Commission. Staff of that Section hold the employer’s corporate memory in labour relations matters and are experienced in dealing directly with the union on a variety of issues. Public Service Commission. The New York State Public Service Commission or the New York State Department of Public Service acting as staff on behalf of the Public Service Commission (PSC).
Public Service Commission. Schedule 5.15 lists all of the currently operative tariffs authorized and approved prior to the date of this Agreement by the Public Service Commission applicable to the West Virginia Gas Distribution Business and all of the currently pending rate, certificate or other filings made prior to the date of this Agreement by the Seller (with respect to the West Virginia Gas Distribution Business), the Company or the Company’s Subsidiaries before the Public Service Commission and the status of each such filing on the date of this Agreement. The West Virginia Gas Distribution Business is in compliance with all of the rules, regulations and currently operative tariffs authorized and approved by the Public Service Commission applicable to the West Virginia Gas Distribution Business and all of the currently pending rate, certificate or other filings made by the Seller (in respect of the West Virginia Gas Distribution Business), the Company or the Company’s Subsidiaries before the Public Service Commission.
Public Service Commission. (a) In the event of a dispute between Verizon and TCG arising under this Agreement, if both Parties agree, the dispute may be submitted for resolution to the Commission. The Commission may determine that it will not exercise its jurisdiction.
(b) If a Party does not agree to submit a dispute to the Commission, it must inform the other Party within five days of the other Party’s request to submit the dispute to the Commission.
(c) In the event both Parties do not agree to present the dispute to the Commission, or in the event the Parties agree to submit the dispute to the Commission, but the Commission determines not to exercise its jurisdiction at that time, then the provisions described herein shall apply.
Public Service Commission. Pro-rata share of Big Rivers' intra-Kentucky revenue, only to extent Century revenues are included in fee calculation.

Public Service Commission. (A) In the event of a dispute between NYNEX and ANTC arising under the Interconnection Agreement, if both Parties agree, the dispute may be submitted for resolution to the PSC. The PSC may determine not to exercise its jurisdiction.
(B) If a Party wants to submit the dispute to the PSC it must give prompt written notice to the other Party. If the other Party does not agree to submit a dispute to the PSC, it must inform the requesting Party within 3 business days of the request.
(C) In the event both Parties do not agree to present the dispute to the PSC, or in the event the Parties agree to submit the dispute to the PSC, but the PSC determines not to exercise its jurisdiction at that time, then the provisions described in this Attachment shall apply.
