Each of the Francisco Partners Nominees and the Xxxxxxxx Nominees shall be an individual who is not disqualified under applicable law from acting as a director.

Associates has the meaning ascribed to it under the Listing Rules
Partners means the General Partner and the Limited Partners.

Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.
DR means an American Depositary Receipt, European Depositary Receipt, or Global Depositary Receipt or similar instrument issued by a depositary to represent the underlying securities held by the depositary.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.
Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;
Limited Partners means all such Persons.
