FRAPS definition

FRAPS means the Preferred Stock, without par value, of the Corporation designated as its “Fixed Rate Auction Preferred Stock”, Series B.

  • Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management.
