Free Trial Services definition

Free Trial Services means a trial offering of Cloudera Online Services provided by Cloudera free of charge for the purpose of enabling evaluation of Cloudera Online Services prior to potential purchase of a Subscription.

Free Trial Services means services that Customer sign-upon the DC website or which are otherwise made available to Customer by DC or DC’s Affiliates on a trial basis free of charge. Free Trial Services is further specified in the Free Trial Services Annex contained on the last page of this Agreement.

Examples of Free Trial Services in a sentence

  • Free Trial Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use.

  • Expel will make the Free Trial Services available to Customer until the earliest of: (a) forty-five (45) days from the date you begin using the Free Trial Services; (b) the start date of any paid Sales Order for the applicable Services; or (c) termination by Expel, at any time, in its sole discretion.

  • The Cloudera Data Platform Public Cloud Proof of Concept (“CDP Public Cloud POC”) is considered a Free Trial Services offering of Cloudera Online Services.

Related to Free Trial Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
