Services Annex definition

Services Annex means any Annex to, or any other supplementary terms and conditions incorporated from time to time in, these Terms of Business in relation to a specified Service to be provided to the Client by CGS-CIMB and in particular, the Leveraged FX Trading Services Annex.
Services Annex means any Annex to these Terms of Business in relation to a specified Service to be provided, or currently provided, as the case may be, to you by CLSA, being any of the Securities Dealing Services Annex, the Futures/Options Trading Services Annex, the Direct Market Access Services Annex, and the Custody Services Annex.
Services Annex means, with respect to a specific type of Service, the attachment hereto documenting the terms and conditions that relate to such type of Service.

Examples of Services Annex in a sentence

  • The GATS Annexes, namely: Annex on Movement of Natural Persons Supplying Services, Annex on Air Transport Services, Annex on Financial Services, and Annex on Telecommunications shall apply to this Agreement, mutatis mutandis.

  • Where it is necessary to refine further a sectoral classification, this should be done on the basis of the CPC or other internationally recognised classification (e.g. Financial Services Annex).

  • In Turkey's view, the Draft Articles' lex specialis clause makes it impossible to apply them, and the GATS Financial Services Annex makes clear that the definition provided therein applies "for the purposes of [that] Annex" exclusively.

  • These Services will be invoiced according to the List of Single Services (Annex 3).

  • The following Annexes are attached to this Chapter: Annex 11-A (Lists of MFN Exemptions); Annex 11-B (Movement of Natural Persons Supplying Services); Annex 11-C (Financial Services); Annex 11-D (Telecommunications Services); and Annex 11-E (Schedules of Specific Commitments).

  • These Services will be provided on request and invoiced according to the List of Single Services (Annex 3) or in some cases after transmission of a process definition at separate agreed charges.

  • Turkey considers both the Draft Articles and the GATS Financial Services Annex to be irrelevant.

  • All rights, obligations, liabilities, transactions and agreements between the Client and CGS-CIMB shall unless otherwise agreed be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.Leveraged FX Trading Services Annex 1.

Services Annex means the RemainCo Services Annex or the SpinCo Services Annex, as applicable.

Related to Services Annex

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

  • Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.
