Freight and Insurance Cost definition

Freight and Insurance Cost means UNFPA’s cost of shipping the Supplies from their place of dispatch to the Port of Entry (packing and terminal services inclusive) and insurance, and UNFPA’s cost of insuring the Supplies in transit in accordance with this Agreement. This does not include any customs clearance or demurrage charges.
