Allseating's standard list pricing includes shipping in KD format in a carton, dock to dock to Canadian Provinces or 48 Contiguous States. during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. (Knocked Down - back, base and cylinder off for most task chairs, fully assembled for most guest chairs and base and cylinder off for most conference and lounge seating) However, to provide your clients with the best value and help control costs, Allseating now offers 3 flat rate freight options for chair quantitates 25 and over: • KD-Knocked Down, (no charge) • BW-Fully Assembled Blanket Wrapped [$40 List per chair] and • FA-Fully Assembled in a Carton [$75 List per chair]. Note charges for fully assembled options are subject to change based on market conditions and are published in our on line list price book. These charges would be discounted using CCOG standard discount. Minimum quantities of 25 units per order are required to take advantage of the BW and FA list prices. Should the order be less than 25 units, our customer Service team will provide a quote based on quantity of items and shipping location. Freight options are detailed on each product page with a model code and price. Allseating will select carriers at their discretion. Should any of the following freight options that are not included in our freight program be required, the Allseating Sales Support Team will gladly provide a quote. Freight that requires a quote: • Inside delivery • Curb side delivery • Loads requiring fully assembled chairs; boxed or blanket wrapped in • quantities below 25 units. • Loads requiring shipment to be palletized • Delivery on a specific day and/or time • Requiring special equipment to offload (power tailgate and/or driver • assist) • Delivery before or after business hours and/or on weekends • US driver requirements for restricted areas like Military bases/high • security areas • Charges for shipping points beyond standard delivery zones (remote • locations, NWT, Yukon, Nunavut, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico) • Overseas deliveries • Smaller truck required or reconsignment • Driver Offload Cartoning charge - some side chairs incur a cartoning charge for orders of less than 2 chairs. Herc's delivery charge is calculated based on a few variables such as distance (miles), location, time of delivery, cost of fuel, etc.

These will be shipped from east coast, west coast, and central US warehouses to all 50 states, territories, and wherever members are located. A flat rate charge to ensure costs are covered would be prohibitively and artificially high. Our solution is a freight pricing model of showing freight charges tailored by size, model, weight, to a specific location. The solution best addresses the logistical variances in supporting all members equally.
