Fresh feed definition

Fresh feed means any petroleum derivative feedstock stream charged directly into the riser or reactor of a fluid catalytic cracking unit except for petroleum derivatives recycled within the fluid catalytic cracking unit, fractionator, or gas recovery unit.
Fresh feed means, for this Consent Decree, the total of the Acid Gas produced from the Refinery process amine regenerator and the Sour Water Stripper Gas. “Fresh Feed” shall not include the recycled Acid Gas from the TGTU regenerator or sulfur pit fumes.
