Front Lobby definition

Front Lobby. Low Rise Lobby", "High Rise Lobby" and "Rear Lobby", respectively, on the floor plan annexed hereto as Exhibit 1-A. For purposes of this Lease, the first floor of the Building is sometimes also referred to as the ground floor. The 2nd to and including the 15th floor areas of the Premises are substantially as shown on the plans and specifications described on Exhibit 9 annexed hereto. The parties hereby acknowledge that the Building does not include a floor numbered "13" and that floor "14" would otherwise be numbered "13" and floor "15" would otherwise be numbered "14".

Related to Front Lobby

  • Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Front end Load Funds and CDSL Funds may individually or collectively be referred as "Load Funds." Under this Agreement, the following provisions shall apply with respect to the sale of, and payment for, Load Shares.

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Frontage means the length of the property line of any one lot parallel to and along each legally accessible public street;

  • Front Lot Line means the front lot line as defined in the Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

  • Entrance means any access point to a building or portion of a building used by residents for the purpose of entering.

  • Parapet means a low wall or railing built along the edge of a roof or a floor;

  • M2M Flowgate means Flowgates where constraints are jointly monitored and coordinated as defined and set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Walkway means a paved or unpaved trail or pathway or a structure constructed of wood or other material that is neces- sary due to the difficulty of the terrain for access to the river.

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Raffle means a lottery in which the prize is won by (i) a random drawing of the name or

  • Driveway means improved land on a highway which provides vehicular access from the roadway to a laneway or a parking area on adjacent land.

  • Wood floor wax means wax-based products for use solely on wood floors.

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.

  • Booth means a booth in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition which the Council licenses the Participant to use for the duration of the Exhibition.

  • Patio means an uncovered horizontal structure with a surface height, at any point, no greater than 0.60 metres above grade, intended for use as an outdoor amenity space.

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.
